Careful, this headline is misleading. Deep down into this article -- the truth is revealed. On average, women are still making about 20% less than the guys. But, not being one to dwell on the negative I do like the idea of the gen-whatever's starting ahead of the game. The cash will come in handy when the economic realities of work and family rear their ugly heads.
